Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to use of the GYAMDIAS website, production enquiries, quotes, custom manufacturing, online orders, software-related services and customer account access.

1. About GYAMDIAS

GYAMDIAS provides 3D printing, UV printing, laser engraving, 3D laser engraving, custom production, personalised products, hospitality software and NFC room plaque services.

Business contact details, including address, telephone and email, are shown on the Contact page where available.

2. Website use

You must use this website lawfully and must not misuse the website, upload harmful files, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with website security or performance.

Website content is provided for general product and service information and may change without notice.

3. Enquiries are not confirmed orders

Submitting a production enquiry does not create a contract or confirmed order. It allows GYAMDIAS to review files, artwork, specifications, materials, quantities and production requirements.

A contract is formed only when GYAMDIAS accepts the order, issues or confirms the quote/order details, and any required payment or deposit has been received.

4. Quotes and validity

Quotes are based on the information, files and requirements supplied by the customer. If those details change, the quote may need to be revised.

Unless a quote states otherwise, prices and timescales are estimates until the order is accepted and payment terms are agreed.

5. Prices, VAT, taxes and charges

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. VAT, taxes, delivery charges, duties or import fees may apply depending on the order, destination and customer location.

International customers are responsible for any local import duties, customs charges, taxes or clearance requirements that apply in their country.

6. Payments and deposits

GYAMDIAS may require full payment or a deposit before starting work. Where a deposit is requested, production may not begin until the deposit is received.

For custom work, deposits may cover design review, preparation, materials, production scheduling and other costs incurred before final manufacture.

7. Customer files, artwork and instructions

The customer is responsible for supplying accurate files, artwork, dimensions, spelling, colours, quantities, material choices and production instructions.

GYAMDIAS is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer information, low-quality artwork, unsuitable files, spelling mistakes, wrong dimensions or late changes after work has started.

8. File suitability and production review

GYAMDIAS may review uploaded files and may reject or request changes to files that are unsuitable, incomplete, corrupted, unsafe, legally questionable or impractical to produce.

File review does not guarantee that a customer-supplied design is fit for a specific purpose, compliant with regulations, safe for use, or free from third-party rights issues.

9. Intellectual property and permission to produce

By submitting files, artwork, logos, names, designs or images, the customer confirms that they own or have permission to use them and to ask GYAMDIAS to produce the requested items.

The customer agrees to be responsible for any claim arising from files, artwork or instructions they provide, including copyright, trademark, design right, privacy or image-right claims.

10. Custom-made and personalised goods

Many GYAMDIAS products are made to the customer's specification or clearly personalised. These may include 3D printed parts, personalised plaques, engraved items, branded goods, custom colours, custom sizes and made-to-order products.

Where a product is custom-made, personalised or produced to customer specifications, cancellation and return rights may be limited once the order has been accepted or production has started, except where the item is faulty or not as described.

11. Non-custom products

Where a product is a standard non-custom item bought online by a UK consumer, the customer may have cancellation rights under applicable distance selling rules.

Customers should contact GYAMDIAS promptly if they wish to cancel a standard non-custom order before dispatch or return an eligible item after delivery.

12. Digital content, software and NFC services

Hospitality software, NFC room plaque systems, digital setup work, web-linked guest information pages and related services may involve digital content, software configuration or service work.

Cancellation rights for digital content or services may differ from physical goods, especially where the customer asks GYAMDIAS to start work immediately or where work has already been performed.

13. Proofs, samples and approvals

If GYAMDIAS provides a proof, preview, sample or specification summary, the customer is responsible for checking it carefully before approval.

Approval may be treated as confirmation that spelling, layout, size, colour direction, material choice and production details are accepted.

14. Colour, material and production tolerances

Colours, finishes, textures and dimensions can vary between screens, materials, batches, equipment, production methods and lighting conditions.

Minor production variations are normal in 3D printing, UV printing, engraving and custom manufacturing unless a specific tolerance has been agreed in writing.

15. Delivery and collection

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. GYAMDIAS is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect delivery information, customer delays or events outside its reasonable control.

Risk in the goods normally passes to the customer when goods are delivered or collected, subject to applicable consumer law.

16. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from the agreed specification, the customer should contact GYAMDIAS promptly with order details, photographs and a description of the issue.

GYAMDIAS may ask for the item to be returned or inspected before offering a repair, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.

17. Customer misuse and unsuitable use

Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately. Unless expressly agreed, GYAMDIAS products are not certified for medical, aerospace, safety-critical, food-contact, child-safety, electrical or structural use.

The customer must tell GYAMDIAS before ordering if a product is intended for any regulated, safety-critical or specialist use.

18. Limitation of liability

GYAMDIAS does not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

Subject to applicable law, GYAMDIAS is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, customer-supplied file errors, or losses caused by misuse of products.

19. International customers

GYAMDIAS is a UK-first business. International customers may have additional mandatory rights under their local law, and nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

International customers are responsible for checking local import, safety, labelling, compliance, customs and tax requirements before ordering.

20. Complaints and contact

If you have a concern about an order, quote, product or service, contact GYAMDIAS using the details on the Contact page and include your order or quote reference where available.

21. Governing law

These terms are intended for a UK-based business and are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in another jurisdiction requires otherwise.
