Delivery Information
This page explains production times, delivery estimates, collection, international shipping, damaged parcels and customer responsibilities.
1. Production time is separate from delivery time
Custom production work usually requires review, preparation, material selection and production time before dispatch. Delivery time starts after the order has been produced and handed to the courier.
2. Estimated production times
Production times vary depending on the service, quantity, material, finish, file quality, order complexity and current workload.
GYAMDIAS will provide estimated times where possible, but estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Customer approval delays
If GYAMDIAS needs extra information, proof approval, file corrections, payment or confirmation from the customer, production and delivery may be delayed until the required response is received.
4. Delivery methods
Orders may be delivered by courier, postal service, local delivery or collection depending on the product, destination and order details.
5. Delivery address accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. GYAMDIAS is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or extra costs caused by incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
6. Missed deliveries
If a courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, the customer should follow the courier's instructions for redelivery, collection or rearrangement.
7. Damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, the customer should keep the packaging, photograph the damage and contact GYAMDIAS promptly.
8. International delivery
International delivery may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, import fees, inspections and delays outside GYAMDIAS control.
International customers are responsible for checking local import rules and paying any duties, taxes or customs charges that apply.
9. Large, fragile or specialist items
Large, fragile, engraved, crystal-style, custom-made or high-value items may require special packaging or delivery arrangements.
10. Collection
If collection is agreed, GYAMDIAS will confirm when the order is ready and any collection requirements. Customers should not attend for collection until confirmation has been received.
11. Delays outside GYAMDIAS control
GYAMDIAS is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, customs, supply shortages, equipment faults, public holidays, incorrect customer information or other events outside reasonable control.
